Milton was written between October and November 2024 for The House of Bedlam

Hurricane Milton made landfall in the southern United States in early October 2024 as part of one of the most active hurricane seasons on record. Milton uses weather data to generate sound, offering the hurricane an electronic instrument to play while the ensemble and the rest of us are engulfed, sheltering, listening to the radio, navigating the storm and it’s devastation as best we can.
